See Heather Maxwell or Jamie Miller. they will need 28 tables/120 chairs for the gym. They will set up. Leave several lunch tables up in the lobby. Gather several long extension cords, and trash cans, and promenade people should leave the cordless mic for after prom. Please have them leave the cordless mic at the Rec Center front desk.
